Mark Cohen's article, "17 Things to Consider Before Signing an Equipment Lease" is the cover story in this month's edition of Rocky Mountain Construction Magazine.  Mr. Cohen's clients include a distributor of heavy equipment, and he has extensive experience in representing equipment lessors and lessees as well as owners, contractors, and subcontractors.  He drafts and reviews leases, advises clients in negotiations, collection matters, CDOT projects, and lien rights.  He also serves as an arbitrator in construction and commercial disputes.
