Mr. Cohen is admitted to practice law in Colorado and Nebraska (inactive). He is admitted to the Federal District Courts in Nebraska and Colorado, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, the U.S. Court of Veterans Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
