Mark Cohen grew up just outside of Denver and has witnessed Colorado’s transformation over forty years. After leaving the Air Force, he joined an Omaha law firm and represented creditors in Chapter 12 farm bankruptcies throughout Nebraska. During those years he acquired a solid understanding of agricultural financing, workouts, and bankruptcy law. As Municpal Judge for the Town of Lochbuie in Weld County and a former member of the Executive Board of the Colorado Municipal League, Mr. Cohen is familiar with the issues that arise as development comes to rural areas. He is a member of the Agricultural Law Committee of the Colorado Bar Association.
