Areas of Practice
The Cohen Law Group is a unique law firm based in Boulder, Colorado. We serve clients throughout Colorado. We also serve out of state and overseas clients. Our firm emphasizes the practice areas listed below. We have expertise in these areas and we enjoy them.
While we emphasize these areas this is not all we do. As new clients come to us we learn their needs and develop new niches. For example, because we represent a company that distributes rock crushers and screening equipment we have gained expertise in the sand and gravel industry and the concrete industry. Because we represent a fire district and an ambulance service we know the special legal issues they face.
Because of his military background, Mark Cohen has experience in many facets of military law, including court martial defense, administrative discharges, correction of military records, security clearance actions, ROTC scholarship issues, and many other administrative matters.
