Who We Serve
Our firm serves small and mid-sized businesses in the Boulder/Denver area and throughout Colorado. We represent many tax-exempt entities, including several nationally known nonprofit organizations. We serve as counsel for special districts and municipalities. Finally, we serve individuals, couples, and families throughout Colorado in need of guidance on legal matters within our areas of expertise.

Our Approach
We believe the traditional distinction between litigation and transactional work, made at many firms, is usually artificial.
