What We Do
We emphasize more than one dozen Practice Areas. What connects them is our passion for drafting and reviewing documents, and helping clients resolve disputes arising out of all types of legal documents. We believe the distinction between litigation and transactional work is often artificial. Business litigation and real estate litigation are almost always the result of poor drafting, insufficient investigation, or an incomplete negotiation. That holds true for most other disputes arising out of voluntary transactions. We know clients rely on each document we draft, and we insist on clear, concise writing that leaves no ambiguity. We prefer Plain English over "Legalese" and we believe the use of Plain English in business and law lowers costs, improves productivity, increases credibility, and reduces misunderstandings. We are also proven litigators and trial lawyers. Our philosophy and experience enable us to facilitate transactions today that are least likely to become lawsuits tomorrow.
